Martin Doman, B.S.

Mr. Doman is a creative and enthusiastic husband, father and grandfather who has worked in the field of Catholic ministry for over 30 years.  Originally from a Catholic family with 10 children in the Philadelphia area, Mr. Doman graduated from Franciscan University with a Bachelor of Science in business with a minor in theology in 1996. He has served the Church in many roles including: campus minister, youth minister, music director, praise and worship leader and recording artist, events speaker, and diocesan ministry coordinator. He and his wife Charlene have raised six children, all of whom attended Donahue Academy when the family lived in Ave Maria from 2010-2017.  During that period, Mr. Doman was working at Ave Maria University in Campus Ministry and Student Affairs, managing retreat programs, audiovisual operations, and major events at the University.  He also has professional experience as a marketing consultant, video producer, and graphic designer, and has used these skills to help better communicate the Gospel in his ministry work.  Martin sees his primary role in life as husband, father, and now grandfather, and is joyfully enthusiastic about serving the students at Donahue and aiding in the formation of young saints.  In his free time, Mr. Doman enjoys puzzles, board games, and working and creating in his wood shop.
