Deacon Watson serves as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction and as a deacon for Ave Maria Parish. He is dedicated to the renewal and re-evangelization of Catholic Schools and Parishes and has dedicated his career to working with communities to raise up the next generation of saints. He was ordained May 31, 2025 by Bishop Frank Dewane. He earned his B.A. in Integrated Language Arts from Ohio Northern University and his M.S.E. in Educational Leadership with a focus in Catholic Schools from the University of Dayton. He has worked in Catholic education since 2005, attended Catholic schools himself since childhood, and sends his own children to Catholic schools. His wife, Rebecca, teaches Mathematics at Elizabeth Anne Seton in Naples. The Watson family have lived in Ave Maria since 2023.
