Donahue Academy HASA Overview

The Home and School Association seeks to:

  • Enrich the students’ school experience.
  • Involve whole families in the life of the school.
  • Help comfort and encourage teachers, staff, and administrators.

HASA supports school events and activities which are approved in advance by the school administration and follow Diocesan financial procedures. It serves the teachers, staff, administration, and families of Donahue Academy with utmost care and respect. The charity, generosity, and kindness of HASA volunteers is critical to success in reaching our purpose. HASA promotes a cohesive, loving and respectful school community and its members promote a positive view of the school and the parish in the wider community.

All school families are encouraged to attend monthly HASA meetings and to volunteer at various events, or volunteer to serve as a Liaison or Event Chair as outlined below.

HASA meetings are usually held monthly at 7pm in the school library. All are invited to attend these meetings and share their ideas.
