Anna Fitzgerald, B.A.

Miss Anna Fitzgerald graduated from Ave Maria University in May 2024 with a degree in health science and a double minor in biology and exercise physiology. While at AMU, she came to deeply understand many truths, one of which was that mankind is truly the crown of Creation and the most beautiful thing God created. This led her to change her major so she could study this truth and teach it to her students. Miss Fitzgerald loves teaching at Donahue Academy because of the deep and beautiful conservations that happen often in her classes that revolve around Catholicism, ethical science, and our role as Catholic scientists in the modern world. While she has lived in Chicagoland and the Twin Cities, she still proudly calls herself a Wisconsinite, the state she was born in. When not teaching, Miss Fitzgerald can be found reading fiction and Catholic books, baking new desserts, cooking for her friends, or painting. Her favorite Saints include, but are certainly not limited to, Sts. Joan of Arc, Philip Neri, Francis de Sales, Bl Pier Giorgio Frassati, Ven Jerome Lejeune, Our Lady of Zeitoun & Guadalupe, and St. Joseph, Terror of Demons.
